Healthy cauliflower recipes need not to involve complicated directions or exotic ingredients. This method of roasting cauliflower is very simple side-dish, extremely delicious and irresistible even to people who don’t like cauliflower.

This method of roasting cauliflower is very simple side-dish, extremely delicious and irresistible even to people who don’t like cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 4 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (½ Lemon)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Cilantro and Pomegranate Arils to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Rinse cauliflower thoroughly. Trim and cut into large florets
  • In a Bowl toss cauliflowers florets with oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt n pepper so all the florets are coated well.
  • Spread florets evenly onto a baking sheet.
  • Roast until golden brown on edges of florets, tossing halfway, for about 20-25 minute. Add on minutes if u like it crunchy.
  • Remove from oven and serve by garnishing with chopped cilantro and pomegranate arils.
  • Roasted cauliflower is Ready to Relish!!

Notes

  • You could follow the same procedure to roast Broccoli Florets.
  • Leave in hot oven for 5 more mins for crispy edges.
