Kiwi-Avocado Lassi | ಕಿವಿ – ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಹಣ್ಣು ಲಸ್ಸಿ | Kiwi-Avocado Yogurt Smoothie | Healthy Green Smoothie for Breakfast
Begin your day with this green smoothie, full of healthy fats and nutrients to give yourself a boost.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 Large Kiwi (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 1 Small Ripe Avocado (pitted and scooped)
- 1 cup Curd / Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 2 Tbsp Honey / Sugar (adjust according to taste)
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder -optional
- Kiwi Slice & Mint to garnish -optional
Instructions
- Blend all above ingredients until Smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass with thin kiwi slice pressed inside glass wall & top with fresh mint.
- Serve immediately.
- Slurp the Goodness !!!
