Ingredients
2cupsDry Coconut(grated)
1cupSugar
½ cupAssorted nuts(chopped)
½ cupTutti Fruiti
1tspCardamom Powder
Thawed Puff Pastry Sheets
2tspMelted Butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
In a mixing bowl add dry coconut, chopped nuts of your choice, tutti frutti, cardamom powder and mix well.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut 2 rounds, one bigger and other little small in size.
Add filling over the big circle, place the small circle on filling and seal it well using water.
Place it on a baking tray and brush melted butter on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 mins or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, make some pastry hearts with the leftover dough, dipped in sugar.
Place them on the baking tray in halfway through. Re-apply some butter on Dil Pasand.
