Begin your day with avocado, full of healthy fats and nutrients to give yourself a boost.
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 medium Ripe Avocado (pitted and scooped)
- 1 Tbsp Honey / Sugar (adjust according to taste)
- ½ cup Chilled Water
- 2 cups Chilled Milk
Instructions
- Blend all above ingredients until Smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass & serve immediately.
- Slurp the Goodness !!!

Notes
- You could try a variation by adding frozen banana, Vanilla ice cream, for a more thicker and tasty milkshake.
- Honey has a lower GI value than sugar, meaning that it does not raise blood sugar levels as quickly. So, the best natural substitute for sugar would be honey.
- Use Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk for a vegan avocado milkshake.
