Ingredients

  • 1 medium Ripe Avocado (pitted and scooped)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey / Sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • ½ cup Chilled Water
  • 2 cups Chilled Milk

Instructions

  • Blend all above ingredients until Smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass & serve immediately.
  • Slurp the Goodness !!!

Notes

  • You could try a variation by adding frozen banana, Vanilla ice cream, for a more thicker and tasty milkshake.
  • Honey has a lower GI value than sugar, meaning that it does not raise blood sugar levels as quickly. So, the best natural substitute for sugar would be honey. 
  • Use Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk for a vegan avocado milkshake.
